FNV Dialogue Balloon
I thought I'd go ahead and make this balloon available on its own, for anyone who might want to use it independently of Yes Man + ED-E.
BEFORE INSTALLATION:
THIS BALLOON REQUIRES A FONT TO BE INSTALLED.
To install, click the download button to the right of the font name, unzip the ‘monofonto’ file, and then double click the 'monofonto og.otf’ that is extracted. After this click install on the window that it brings up and that should be all you need to do!
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
You should already have an installation of SSP, as detailed on the page for the Yes Man + ED-E download. Once SSP is running, just drag the .NAR file for the balloon over the current ghost you're using and it will install it for you!
